GuideOne Insurance Names Mike Faley Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Development
WEST DES MOINES, Iowa – (Jan. 29, 2014) – GuideOne Insurance announces the hire of Mike Faley to the position of vice president of human resources and organizational development. In this role, Mike will lead all aspects of human resources, including administration, recruiting, training and development, payroll and compensation. In his position, he will report directly to Jim Wallace, GuideOne chairman, president and chief executive officer.
Prior to joining GuideOne, Faley served as vice president of strategic operational support at Athene (formerly Aviva USA). Prior to that, he served in human resources leadership positions at Harris Bank, the Iowa Foundation for Medical Care and Wells Fargo Bank.
Faley received his bachelor of arts degree from the University of Iowa, and master of human relations degree from the University of Oklahoma.
