Clayton Hearn has litigated cases throughout Texas since 1995. Immediately prior to joining GuideOne, he was a litigator with the Dallas City Attorney's Office defending tort claims and handling fair housing and land use issues. For approximately 17 years, Clayton was a shareholder in a prominent regional law firm, serving as the firm's managing shareholder of its Dallas office and head of the firm's employment practice group. The primary focus of his private practice experience was the representation of non-profit entities and their officers and directors.

Clayton is board certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in the areas of Employment Law, Residential Real Estate Law, and Property Owners Association law, and is AV-rated by Martindale Hubbell.
