Eligibility Requirements GuideOne Foundation To be eligible for financial assistance in the form of a grant or event sponsorship, an organization must: Be a registered 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization Serve the community without discrimination on the basis of age, disability, religion, veteran status, race, creed, sexual orientation or sexual preference, gender, gender identity or national origin Keep books available for regular, independent outside audits and make the results available to all potential contributors Comply with applicable laws regarding registration and reporting The following are not eligible for financial assistance: Active GuideOne Insurance policyholders Non-501(c)(3) organizations Individuals Political organizations or candidates Private charities or foundations under Section 509(a) Fraternal, military or labor organizations Apply for FundingThank you for your interest in submitting a funding application to GuideOne Foundation. Each year, we support approximately 40 organizations with grants and event sponsorships of up to $2,000. We are no longer accepting requests for our 2024 funding cycle.
